Three years ago, as a super early adopter, I began building: RAG systems for mining companies, chatbots for real estate, automated workflows for recruitment, AI coaches for personal development.
I was exhilarated, building solutions that seemed like magic. Until the truth hit: We’re playing a game where the rules change faster than we can learn them.
The Awakening
Context windows exploded from 4,000 to 2 million tokens. Costs dropped 1,000x. Systems that took months to build became obsolete before deployment.
But the real revelation came when I zoomed out: The bottleneck isn’t AI’s capability—it’s our primitive thinking trying to navigate an exponential world.
We’re stuck in either/or thinking while complexity demands both/and solutions. We’re choosing sides while integration offers transformation. This isn’t ignorance. We KNOW better. That’s what makes it inexcusable.
The Mission
I emerged from my coding cave with a new mission: teaching evolved frameworks that match the complexity of our tools. Not through resistance or regulation, but through evolving how we think about problems themselves.
After three decades of strategic consulting and executive coaching, I’ve learned that frameworks transform organizations. Now I’m applying those same tools to humanity’s greatest challenge: evolving our thinking to match our technology.
